If you wish to benefit from the student registration fees, you will be requested to send proof of your status (i.e., a copy of a valid student card) to Without proof of your status, the registration will automatically be charged at the full rate.

Registration Process

An account needs to be created on the registration platform (the link will be available on the bottom of this page in early February). Once this account is valid, you can log on to the registration system and proceed with the effective registration.

Registration Confirmation

The registration confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of your full payment AND the proof of your status for discount rates.

Tutorial Registration

During the registration process, it is possible to take part in a Tutorial Day on June 3rd, 2024. Although this tutorial is included in the Registration Fee, you will be asked to confirm your attendance.

Letter for Visa

If you require a letter stating your participation in the PSCC 2024 conference, to help you with your visa application, you have to:

  • first, register for the conference and pay your registration fees
  • then request your letter using the « Letter for Visa » button in your personal account.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be made by following the "Cancellation request" option in your account or sent by email at

No cancellation is allowed if the registration is linked to an accepted paper in the technical programme. The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or any additional order cancellation.


  • 25% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between February 25, 2024 and April 15, 2024 included
  • 50% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between April 16, 2024 and May 1, 2024 included
  • 100% of registration fees / additional order for any request received after May 2, 2024
